Next Gen Template Setup

The process is simple.

Step 1 - See the price list and turnaround times below.

Step 2 - Send your template to kbuck@offthetrailgraphics.com along with what services you need, the date you need the templates by, proof of purchase, and any special requests (Full Length, 3/4, made exactly like it is with no color change option, certain sizes, etc).

Step 3 - You will receive an email response.

Step 4 - Template work begins. Once finished, you will receive a sample.

Step 5 - Approve the template or request any changes.

Step 6 - Once approved, an invoice will be sent to you and once it is paid your template will be uploaded to the server. Next Gen will be notified so they can upload it to your account.

NOTE: You will not receive the setup template back. The setup of these templates is simply for use in the Next Gen system only. The fees you are paying are to set up the template to work with the Next Gen System.

Payment Terms and Late Fee Policy

All invoices must be paid in full before templates are uploaded. If an invoice is not paid immediately after the invoice is sent upon completion, a $25 late fee will be applied for each subsequent week until the invoice is paid, up to a maximum of $100. Please note that no new work will be started until the outstanding invoice is settled.

Each template will have its own separate invoice, and the next template will not be started until payment is received for the previous one.

If you change your mind on a template after it has been created, the time spent on the template will still be due. No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed.

If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days on more than two occasions within a calendar year, services will be temporarily suspended until the following year, and once the account is brought up to date.
